Made 2000+ Calls to Customers regarding their Covid 19 Diagnosis. Collected information; Symptoms, health history, Location including travel and in general everyday activities to help collect cases and contacts to stop the spread of Covid 19 by letting them know they had been in contact with someone who had the diseases without releasing identifying information.
Used programs like SharePoint to find information daily for up to date on protocols regarding Covid as they Changed daily and even hourly. Learned to use programs such as Twilio for making calls, Microsoft for organization, Teams for communication with Coworkers and Supervisors.
Part of a Secondary team called SARA where we called 1000+ people where we collected general disposition and any lingering symptoms or starts of symptoms. Using the SARA dashboard and Smartsheet to keep track of the information we received until the Customer was off monitoring.
